The birth of G&S:

Once upon a time Gigi and Shakira were roommates who hated their jobs. To get through the dreary days they would write each other fascinating and hilarious e-mails where they gave funny nicknames to all the boys they were dating. They decided that they should share the hilarity with the world. Thus Gorgeous and Sassy was born.

What's with the name?

We are gorgeous and sassy. It just fits.

About Gigi

Bio: Gigi is taking a hiatus from librarianship to take care of her boy. Her hobbies include yelling at daytime tv and eating bon-bons on the couch. She is not a people person.

Gigi is currently: Watching her baby learn to crawl. The party's over for Gigi! She is looking forward to years of chasing after this boy. She is also looking forward to her first trip to Chicago, though she is not looking forward to flying with a 7 month old in tow. She is really looking forward to Halloween and her birthday! About Shakira

Bio: Shakira is borrowing lots of money from Uncle Sam to be a full-time law student. She is a big fan of alcohol, syndicated television and football, not necessarily in that order.

Shakira is currently: Not updating the site very well....trying to get better at this! Big news: GWH popped the question. Fear not: Shakira is putting off wedding planning until school is finished. Otherwise, the usual: studying, drinking, working out, hanging out. Also, attending many weddings. Reading: (lots of law books) and Swapping Lives by Jane Green.
